Cancellation Policy: All clients must contact their instructor directly at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. If no contact is made within 24 hours, the scheduled lesson will be lost and no credit or refund will be given.
Late Policy: Instructors are required to wait 15 minutes after scheduled time for clients to arrive for their lesson. If after 15 minutes the client has not directly contacted the instructor, the instructor may complete the remainder of the lesson, but is not required to do so. If the lesson begins late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time made between the instructor and client. Lessons that are cancelled in this situation will be considered lost.
Refund Policy: All lessons are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Expiration Policy: All lessons purchased by clients expire six months after the date of purchase. Session packages that are currently in progress after the six month period are considered valid.
Outside personal training: Only UREC Tennis Instructors are allowed to train clients that have purchased private lessons through UREC at the Student Recreation Complex. Violation of this policy can result in revoked access to the facility for the instructor and/or client.
