NIRSA encourages all citizens and organizations to join in honoring February 22 each year as National Recreational Sports and Fitness Day through appropriate celebrations and special events.
Obstacle courses are a great way to challenge all-around fitness, strength, and coordination. This fun and challenging military style obstacle course will incorporate medicine ball overhead carry, push-ups, tire running, squats, tunnel crawling, jump rope, hurdle burpies, bear crawls, sand bag drags, and more.
