UREC is offering the faculty/staff of LSU a course that will cater to the fitness needs and goals of those that make LSU the great university that it is! Don’t miss out on this chance to work and exercise alongside colleagues of all fitness levels towards a healthier lifestyle! LSU UREC has the gear you need for your next workout or sporting event. Visit the Equipment Desk located in the Student Recreation Center (SRC) to checkout, rent, or purchase equipment on your next visit! Want to play by your own rules? UREC Open Recreation allows you and your friends to come in for a quick game of tennis, basketball and racquetball. Pick up your gear during regular UREC hours at the Equipment Desk.

Looking to bring a friend to UREC? UREC members are allowed up to three (3) guests per day at the rate of $10 per guest.
Why UREC?
I have been very pleased with my LSU fitness experiences. I have become healthier with more stamina through the guidance and tutelage of my instructor and support of those in my GET FIT for Faculty/Staff Fitness Specialty Course. Exercising at the LSU Student Recreation Center has become a part of my week and is intrinsic to my well being. You gain strength and confidence all while doing something good for yourself.
